Smith Brothers Venue

We are having our reception at Smith Brothers - The Lofts in June, 2011.  We fell in love with the venue when we saw it but still cannot picture what we will do to get it decorated for our reception!  Anybody willing to share photos OR ideas OR comments with me as I begin to plan this most special day!  Thanks, Pam

My brother had his wedding reception there this past summer and they really didn't do much to doctor up the place but I thought it still looked nice.  Please excuse the low quality photos =)

We're getting married there in April, and aside from centerpieces and some votive candles and such, we aren't planning to do a whole lot of decorating. I think the Loft has a lot of character on its own - which is what we loved about it :)

Hi, my cousin had a wedding at the Mansfield art center and it too had a lot of character so they didn't want to detract.  They did a cherry-blossom, very simple kind of zen thing, but there needed to be enough going on to not be lost with the lofty ceilings and everything.  The art center liked it so much they actually added it to the website, so you can see an example at  http://www.mansfieldartcenter.org/Director_s_Welcome.html. It is the center photo

We had our reception in the Venue at Smith Brothers not the Loft but I can send you pictures of what we did for decorating if you like.  email me at ameliapatrice1@gmail.com  We can not say enough awesome things about them.  They were a joy to work with and everyone raved about the food and the staff.
