stressed I NEED HELP WITH EVERYTHING!!!!!

Ok So Im planning on getting married In March of 2011. I am on a really tight budget  and I have about 320 guests ( I know crazy) but my family is huge!!  All I have set up is a place for the ceremony and the reception.  Other than that I need everything else like decor, flowers, linens, photography, etc.  I need recomendations of very budget friendly vendors. Please help!!!

Where are you having your ceremony? One of our budget friendly things we are doing is using the standard Ivory linens at our venue, so we don't have to pay $$ for an upgrade. As for the other areas I can't say my vendors are budget friendly, our wedding is a little over the top (hence saving on lines, making my own invites, etc), but a lot of the girls here will give you great vendors!!

I hear you on the budget friendly side :) We're having 150 people and my parents only gave us $8,000 to play with and everything else my fiancée and I have had to cover.

I can't recommend Nikki Rosa ( http://www.nikkirosa.com/ ) and Amanda's Cakery enough ( http://amandascakeryonline.com/ ) both were willing to work with my budget and with Amanda's my allergies.

Hope this helps you can always pm me if you need the name of more affordable area catering companies or florists.

I recommend Brass Pin Linens and Debbie with Atmospheres for flowers.  You can read detailed reviews of their service in my link below.

Quite a few caterers (including mine - Magic Occasions out of Longwood) will provide linens included in your catering package.  You just have to make sure that your venue will allow outside caterers, since many venues have preferred vendors and make you choose from one of those.  You can check out their website, which includes info on pricing and what's included at www.magicoccasions.com. My catering package came out to around $28 or $29 per person.

Relax. You have to enjoy your day. It isn't about money : ) I am an invitation designer and I can provide you with really high end wedding stationery (invitation, rsvp) at reasonable costs. I do custom designs and then the printing is where the budget is flexible. Flat printing is VERY reasonable and letterpress is very luxurious. Please check out my etsy site and convo me with any questions. I am very well versed on etiquette and wording to so I can make the process very easy for you.

    Congratulations!

If you have some talented friends/family etc, you can do a lot of stuff your self and save a ton of money. Making centerpieces and bouquets are really super simple. You can check out sites like http://www.bigrose.com to get wholesale roses and there are many other reputable wholesale flowers. You can also get a small cake to cut at the reception for you and hubby and then get some large sheet cakes that feed around 100 people.

Also, there are a lot of nice DIY invitation kits these days. Or you could create something totally different on a nice budget. Just some thoughts.

There are a ton of DIY things to do... Just don't skimp on the most important thing to you of the day (ie. videography or photography, etc.)

    Good Luck!
