Does anyone know good cheap venues my entire budget for the wedding, reception, food, drinks and tables, chairs everything is 5000 dollars for 100 people. I'm willing to have 1 hour drive from sugerland area being as us and our guest live one to two hours outside of sugarland already.

George ranch is out of your budget but I would look in richmond/rosenberg, there are a few places i have been to that i cant recall their names, but the event was one where budget was key in selecting the venue.

You should take a look at www.TownHallTexas.com. 5 miles east of The Woodlands mall. Rustic/western venue, 10 acres, 3,000sqft barn, 1.5 acre pond - 2 outdoor ceremony sites (1 is located on an island in the middle of the pond (seats up to 150). $6,498 for up to 100 guests for all day Saturday or $5,498 for up to 50 guests. They are flexible and can work with you on the rate, etc. Good luck!

Town Hall Texas is great but a very laid back place. No more than 100 people, any more than that is too crowded.

Check out Sliver Star Ranch/Fire & Ice Hall in Montgomery. Very affordable, you can bring all your own stuff.

Thats where I am having mine, my family is catering and my moms friend is doing the cake, no bartender or security.

They also can provide the food and ive heard its good.

My family used to own several resturants in Montgomery but decided they had enough, so they just do catering now.

Try Signature Manor, it's not too far from the Sugarland Area and extremely budget friendly.
