There was a a little drama with the MOH and i guess we are on the right page again .. how can I make her feel more involved?? She feels like i shut her out.. but most of these things had been planned before (colors, venue)  I got engaged. 
I already got the Venue, the dress,selected the BM dress.. the photographer, the videographer and sent out the STD. 

Our venues is all inclusive so its not much selection on some things...
any tips would be super helpful on involvement and making this the MOH experience that she has always dreamed of

    I was the same way.. Um, Tell her she can start looking into bachelorette party and bridal shower.. She can possibly help you look for hair style ideas for your self and the bridesmaid, shoes and accessories... and DIY projects..  You will def need her help with invitations... Trust me, when you get to the 3 month mark you gone be handing off stuff for her to do.. .. LOL..

    Im in the same boat as you BUT...I have two MOHs....my venue is also all inclusive BUT...I always invite to bridal shows (if I even wanna go)....they are handling any party or showers....I invite to help for DIY projects....Ive asked input for/ theyre helping me find MUAs, BP dresses....shopping for DIYs....looking for BP jewelry...cake tasting, food tasting, stuff for sweets table pics....centerpiece help....get my drift? There's plenty...
