Hair and makeup

As I've said before, I know that I am crazy for deciding in November to plan my wedding for February...

and now I'm doing my own hair and makeup for the ceremony.  I know my mom and sister (MOH) will help and I want to do something simple...but here is the debate:

My dress is simple and elegant http://www.davidsbridal.com/Product_Strapless-Satin-A-line-with-Cuff-Neckline-T8778_Bridal-Gowns-Features-All-Gowns (the sash on mine is white) and I have a tiara with Swavarski crystals and a fingerlength veil.  I think that since I have the veil and tiara, I should wear my hair down. My hair is slightly longer in the front than in the back (inverted bob) and is shoulder-length at its longest point.  My grandmother and my aunt think I should have an up-do. Which should I do? And if I leave it down, should I do something different somehow?

    I think you really should do what you want, especially since you don't have a style in mind for an up-do.

    I'm a big fan of weaing it down, it's a winter weading not a spring prom. LOL that's what my mom said to me. I have very long hair so it's a little different for me. Have you thought about playing around with it a bit before your wedding day! ; ) see what you like best!!!
