I found some services that do things like dry/preserve your flowers in a vase or press them into photo frames.  I'm contemplating doing the photo frame but I'm trying to decide if saving them is silly or not.  I also thought of drying them and taking the petals to put in a bowl or popourri type container.

Thoughts/ideas?  What are you ladies doing with your flowers after the wedding?

    My guests took the centerpieces home.  Not really sure when this was conveyed but I just saw people leaving with vases so someone must have said something.

    For my bouquet, I gave it to my MIL to enjoy while I was on my HM.  I guess when it died it got thrown away.  I figure that I have my pictures to look at if I really wanted to remember my flowers.

    I've seen two interesting ideas on Pinterest: one's similar to your idea with the potpurri, only you put the petals in a clear Christmas ornament.

    there are some crafters that will take your petals and make acrylic clear beads with the petals imbedded in them. I think they are really great idea.

    I took my bouquet and hung it upside down in the closet during our honeymoon. I am probably going to hang it on my wall, though I might take some petals out to hang in a Christmas ornament.

    moonlight: i LOVE your picture!!! so cute:)

    my bouquet is a brooch bouquet o I'll probably just keep it all assembled and pack it away.  or i will take out some of the pins i like to wear on my jackets.  i'm not sure what my BMs will do with their bouquets but I'm also inviting guests to take home the centre pieces which will just be sunflowers.
