Yay for cake : )

Here's an inspiration pic that I have for our cake. I love the flowers, and the ribbon on the bottom of the tiers. I would switch out the colors to match our wedding colors though (Ivory, Black, and Tiffany Blue).

Our cake will be a red velvet cake with a cream cheese filling. Yum!

Um, yummy.

Ours is two layers of chocolate with vanilla fillings and two layers of Cookies & Cream with a chocolate filling.

achiduck - your cake is so pretty!! And the flavors sound awesome!

The bottom layer of ours will be Strawberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Raspberry for the third tier and Dolce De Leche for the top tow tiers. The Strawberry Cheesecake and the Dolce De Leche are my favorites!

Thanks Ystaal! I love it and it totally fits our Art Deco theme. Can't wait to see it in person.

My cake baker sent me home with a box of frosted cupcakes since FI couldn't make it to the tasting. Lol.. what I didn't tell her is that FI doesn't really eat very much cake so I would be eating them pretty much all myself. He'll have a bite/small piece when we do the cake cutting at the reception but that's it.

Hooray cake! Right now, I only have a color inspiration, which is in my new siggy. I want to do something a bit more art deco as well. So much of Cincinnati's design concept is art deco -- including the park where we'll be married.

I think I may go hexagonal? Thoughts?

Also, am I the only one who is super behind and has no cake?
