I'm looking at cham cham and it doesnt look too appetizing.. does it taste better than it looks? Gulab Jamun looks good. I noticed that cheese is a common ingredient in these sweets...

Cham Cham is lovely, actually. With Indian food, you have to just go for it and not go by looks. A lot of things will put you off that way!

I like son papdi, personally. I'm not as much of a Indian sweets person. I like kulfi and penda, though...a lotttttttttttt.

Gulab Jamun and Oooo Rasmalai is my fave, infact we are serving Rasmalai at our reception...although we dont have a indian menu we added few indian things to give a bit of hint of our culture

    That's different!

We'll be doing Indian food but I think, of course, it'll lean more towards the Punjabi food than the Gujarati for the reception. I like different things for the cocktail hour. I know that if I see one more chili paneer dish at a wedding, I will scream. Thankfully, my love feels the same way.

Pista rolls are my favorite because they aren't overly sweet.  Also, rasmalai, gulab jamin, and chom chom are awesome.
