  Not sure about OKC, but if Norman is an option there is a fantastic floral shop on campus corner called Birdie! She is fantastic!

  Both me and my sister used Tony Foss on N. May in OKC.  He is phenomonal!!!

  I agree about Tony Foss!  He will absolutely blow you away with his creativity and ability to really stretch a budget to create an incredible vision!

  I am using Ann's Secret Garden in OKC. Jim, the owner, does AMAZING work and has a lot of experience with decorating and what looks good. He did my sisters wedding last year and it was GORGEOUS! He can also work with any price range.

  Ann's Secret Garden is who I would recommend also, the owner is so nice and willing to help and gave me some great suggestions, also good at working within your price range!
