My florist offers DOC for $650.  What's good about this is that she already has a relationship with my photog & caterer.  How much are you guys paying and do you think it's better to get someone that's not already a vendor??

    650 is not bad...you can def. find someone for cheaper... 500 seems to be the average...it helps that your florist is also your doc if she's organized and you think she can handle it. GL!

    Karla B (http://stylish-events.blogspot.com/) has a full day-of coordination package for $500, or that's what it was when we signed with her a few months ago. I HIGHLY recommend her. She did a FABULOUS job at my wedding last weekend and she did Alissa's and Alexis' wedding this past weekend and I know she saved the day at those weddings as well. She already had a relationship with some of my vendors but the ones that she didn't it was totally fine, they're all professionals and they worked perfectly great together.

    The DOC I'm using is the one who's providing the linens at the venue, and she's more expensive - but I splurged for the sake of keeping it uniformed. I say if your florist offers DOC services, go for it! It helps if they all know each other :)

    I paid $350 for my DOC (when I booked her last year) she is also my florist...

    who are you referring to? If it happens to be Guerdy Rejois I can tell you to do it for sure b/c she usually charges more and she's amazing!
