Day 2 of 30 Day Shred

It's going well.  I'm a little sore in the legs, but it's fun and it is a good workout.  28 days to go!

I loved the Shred after my son was born. It was a quick enough workout that I didn't feel like I was taking my entire morning or evening to exercise, but it was actually challenging. I loaned my DVD to a friend about 6 months ago and I need to get it back for when baby 2 arrives.

Glad you're enjoying it, Taw! I loved it. I started doing it when we went to visit my parents for Christmas. 20 minutes is easy, but it really works!

    Great!!  Keep it up!

DH and I are reading and following Jackie Warner's (from Bravo's "Workout") book/plan.  I really like it so far and we've been working out either in the gym or by running, biking, or swimming.  Yesterday, I did the eliptical and used the incline.  Boy am I feeling it in my calves today!

    i'm on day 3!!

how are you doing it exactly? I did level 1 two days in a row and sort of got bored, so I tried level 2 today. I'm thinking I'll just rotate between level 1, 2, and 3. We'll see how it goes Laughing
