If you don't really know if you're coming or not! Since yesterday I have had three people who RSVPed no call and ask if they can still come and one who had said yes tell my mom they're not coming. Last weekend I did all my tables and all my escort cards and alphbatized them. It's not a huge deal I had to change 2 tables around to accommodate everyone and make it so that everyone knew someone at their table but I figured it out in about 30 mins. I also have to go get more escort cards cause I'm out but it's just annoying! I guess the bright side is that they told me now and not after I hve the final count to reception site.
