  My friend did this too and she just put "Lucky in Love" on the front.  She also included a penny to scratch them off with in the envelope.  Big hit!

  I'm handing out lottery tickets as well.  In NJ, they have a wedding themed scratcher that I will purchase and I will include a penny.  I was originally planning on including a 2011 penny (the year of our wedding) but I'm not sure how simple it will be to get that many.
