NWR Tuesday Tips

So the other day I caught myself in not the greatest mode...

There was a lot going on in my mind WR and NWR and I just didnt know what to do...

So the question is, what do you do when you feel overwhelmed and stressed about everything?

I just step back and cry to my FI. He then looks at everything and puts it together for while letting me know that its ok and he doesn't want me to stress. Personally, I just say f*ck it and walk away until everything calms down... I don't like stressing..

When I am overwhelmed , I like to be by myself and write down a plan . If that do not work I call my best friend  and we have a pow woow.  her advise always make then clear for me. My Fi can be great but nothing bother him so it always seem like I am over reacting. ( he's cool like that)

I hit the gym and sweat it out or as pp I cry it out and once I finish I'm ready to tackle whatever obstacle I'm facing. I also pray.

I cry. Sometimes I don't realize how much stress I am really under until I just have the urge to cry. So I cry and cry. Can't help it and I really wish I could stop it.

@ Tyswife2be: I had the same problem a few days ago. My FI tried to be Dr. Phil and tell me that I need to manage stress better. I told him that I have a way of dealing with it because we all have a different way of managing stress.

I take a nap or watch a favorite movie. If it's too bad, I lke being by myself.

My fiance is the same way. Somehow his relaxed state of mind make me feel like everything will be alright. I sleep or find something i love todo that takes little thought or effort. Whatever you do you must remove yourself from the stress.

I try to take a step back (or a few steps back, if necessary).  Meditation helps too...

Vent to my FI or cry if I need to...but my favorite is to just put on my running shoes and go. Doesn't necessarily solve the problem, but it clears my head enough to step back...and tires me out enough not to worry so much.

I hate stressing so I usually do something else to get my mind off of it like watch tv, sleep, read a book...anything.  When I eventually come back to the issue I will have calmed down and I can try to work through it or get some advice.
