I am Canadian and My Fiance is American. I thought It would be fun to let his family try the local and canadian candies that they have not been exposed to (since they live in missouri).   We will have locally made goodies, Smarties, Rockets, Ketchup Chips, Coffee Crisp Bars etc...

I have seen sooooo many where they just do their candy table by color I thought it would be fun to be a bit different!!

We are just picking our favorite candies - doesn't matter the color.
    So far I have:
    Hershey Kisses
    Chocolate covered almonds
    Sweetarts
    Jordan almonds
    Jelly beans
    Root beer barrels

I'm also keeping an eye out for clearance Easter candy and will stock up on that when it goes on sale. :-)

My wedding is in November and completely 'pumpkin theme' so we are doing candy that works well with that.

So far we have though of candy corn, candy corn pumpkins, chocolate covered raisins, reeces pieces, and we want some individidually wrapped seasonal candy. (like the small hersery bars that are wrapped in fall colors).
