So I had my final fitting on Friday. The seamstress almost turned me bridezilla! When I walked in she said I wasn't supposed to be there for another 30minutes, um no I told you 5! So I had to wait around. This after the dresses taking 3weeks instead of the week & a half I was told. Finally she is ready for me & we get my dress on. She does the bustle I look in the mirror & about started to cry. Not in a good way. I said what is that? The fabric was like an upside down triangle hanging off the back of my dress. I told her this is nothing close to what we talked about & asked my Mom's opinion. She was so mad she just shook her head. She tried pinning the dress in a different way which visually added pounds to my hips. I was not amused & told her to show me the other bustle again. AND THANK GOD!!! She had tied it wrong the first time!!!!!!! Now it's perfect, total Southern Bell look. In my hurry to go pick up the kids I forgot to take pictures, but I'm so happy with my dress!
