I have been busy...

- paying off my caterer and venue
- meeting with my DOC and discussing final details and doing a walk through at the venue
- meeting with my florist and finalizing plans
- I've picked up my newly red dyed shoes from DB
- buying hostes thank you gifts and pastor's thank you gift
- had my first dress fitting with Darcy (only needs to be bustled and pressed:)
- went to the dermatoligist to get my skin looking good for the big day
- I did my b-pic session with Jenny GG and just got the pictures back- now I have to decide my favorites and what kind of book I'm making for FI
- I had my hair and make up trial
- DIY- pictures frames and ordered pictures to be printed for decor at reception
-I made a layout of our reception set up
-I completed our caterers details packet (It's like 13 pages long of VERY detailed questions)

- plus lots of driving to all these places and NWR stuff regarding the move and FI being OOT.

Neeedless to say I have got a lot accomplished in a week and a half but I'm exhausted:) That is where I have been, I have missed everyone. Hopefully things can calm down a little:)

    WOW!! Great job!!!!!!

I have 2 questions for you...
When you met with your florist and finalized the plans, how exactly does that appt go?? Did you just sit down and repick/confirm the flowers you wanted? Just curious if I should be doing this, I hadn't thought of it...
And, how did you make the layout for your reception? Just by hand?

    Ang-
Well I hadn't met my florist yet since I had been living on the other side of the state so I believe that is one reason she wanted to. I honestly was wondering what we would have to talk about but she confimed the balance I owe and the due date and she confirmed how many boutineers, ect we needed again (it may have changed). Also, she asked for names so that she could put everyone's names on their bouquet, boutineers, and corsages. It was helpful since I did have to tweek my order.
I just created my layout in word using shapes and text boxes. Pretty simple but easier to tweek than a hand drawn layout.

    Good luck I HTH's!
