Ugh, stupid TK. I posted this last night, and it ate it.
So... I want your opinions on one of my DIY projects.
Backstory: My FI and I are having an outdoor wedding, peacock colors with a rustic touch. It's here in VA, overlooking the blue ridge mountains. We are renting natural wooden chairs (not white) and we are lining the aisleway with shepherd's hooks. We're hanging mason jars off of the shepherd's hooks with twine, and we're going to put a white hydrangea and greenery in each jar.
My FI, MOH, BM's and dear friend LOVE the jar look- my mom and her friend aren't crazy about it... so I want your opinions.
Do you like the bow/placement? Do you think it's too busy (mom's words) or that it speaks simple southern charm (my idea! lol)
Every other color will be this one, and every other color is a deep purple (like the David's Bridal Plum). ETA: the Shepherd's hooks they are hanging off of are black iron, just in case anyone wonders.
Thoughts? I tried the bow higher over the twine and that looked awful.
Thanks!
