HELP!!

My Fl is getting all the grooms men hunting knives for their gift, but we have 3 ring bearers. For the two younger boys I told him to get them a toy, but the older boy is 8. I told my Fl that he could not give him a knife, but I have no idea what to do.
What should we get for him?

If he has a DS or a WII get him a game that he really wants.

on the lines of the hunting knives, how about a multi-tool like a knock off leatherman?

8 yr old is still a perfect age for a toy as well! Or a gift card to his favorite place to find toys and things he is in to.

I have two eight year old nephews...both would want a game for one of their systems.  The Wii, x-box, DS...any of them.  They are starting to get a lot of interactive games such as the skateboards for the systems as well if he is in to that.

I suggested pocket watches for the young boys in our wedding party. My FI didn't like the idea but maybe yours will! It's a nice, adult-ish thing that the kid can keep and continue to use as he grows up.
