parents' gifts

Wondering if anyone has any ideas for wedding gifts for mother of the groom, mother of the bride, and father of the bride. I'm looking for something meaningful that is on the inexpensive side.

I always think the gift of booze is second best to cash.

Just kidding, I'm having trouble deciding what to give as parent gifts as well. I'm not sure if it needs to be something material or if you can just give the MOG and MOB spa certificates? I think that sounds really nice and I know my mom and FMIL would love it.

As for FOB, maybe cufflinks he can wear at the wedding?

We are doing just one gift for each set of parents.  I got my parents a nice crystal vase (on sale at Macy's for about $40), because my mom loves flowers, and my dad loves to give her flowers!  Not sure what we're doing for the other set of parents, but that's on HIS To Do list, not mine!!  :)
