DJs in Mass/closeby

Hi ladies!

My wedding is going to be in MA - my fiancee is Italian and I'm Indian ... was hoping to find a DJ that can do a nice mix. I realize there aren't THAT many Italian songs, but I'd like to be able to work with the DJ. In addition, I want him to play Indian music as well. Any recommendations?? Who have you guys used? Also if you don't mind - how much are DJs quoting you guys?

    Hi,

    My fiance is not Indian, either.  I had requirements similar to yours.  Also needed someone smart, articulate (for MC portion of his job) and responsive.  I'm super picky, but I found just the guy. 

    Our DJ is not "close by" to you, but he does travel.  He's based in NJ.  He is professional, energetic, articulate, and talented.  He has sophisticated and unique taste in music.  He's DJ'd several large clubs all over the east cost (NY/DC/MIA) and beyond and he has traveled within the U.S. and abroad for weddings.  He's Indian, but knowledgeable about all popular music.  He's open to song choices and working closely with couples.  Can't say enough good things...

    Hey!
    I am not using them - but DJ Bunty (Indian) now uses a partner who is Italian. Might be the perfect combination for you - google him for reviews on weddingwire. I think there are some other MA brides looking into using him as well.
