Planning just got easier

FI got me an IPad today to help me stay on top of things with wedding! I have my iPhone but so much easier to show vendors pics or bridesmaids dress ideas etc etc. .. I also really wanted one on our honeymoon for easy pics and videos. Any other knottiest have something that helps keep planning fun?

    No, but you just gave me yet another reason to look into getting one. I would like one to do a DIY photo booth at the wedding. And not to mention just unsung it to use it. Hmmnnnn. I'm gonna have to get my hands on one.

    When we first started really planning over the summer, I borrowed my mom's for a few days (until she needed it back to play bingo bash).  A couple months later, she showed up on my doorstep with one.  Her reasoning?  When she got her iPad back from me, I had taken over the photos with my wedding inspiration photos, she thought it would be helpful when planning the wedding.  I completely agree!

    I love mine.  Just last week, when meeting with a photographer, I whipped it out to show him my DIY rose petal aisle runner.

    I love using mine.  I use it for work sometimes too so I've gotten lots of use out of it (which helps to justify the cost for me anyway).  FI and I both have them and we don't use laptops at home unless we have to.  I work on computers all day so I can't stand going home to it. 

    I use my iPad for checking email (important for vendors), keeping track of my inspiration pics, writing down my to-do list and checking things off, and tracking the guest list.  It's so much easier to carry around when we meet with people too!

    I was given a planner as an engagment gift and I never use it.

    I have a Kindle Fire HD and I use it for almost all of my planning. I also bought a mini scrap book that has cool pages already in it and I use that to cut & glue things out of magazines, newspapers ect. And also hand write ideas! Both items fit in my purse nicely!

    I have the old one. No camera bothers me, but I can't complain since its actually provided by my job. It's been so useful! When I went dress shopping I just showed my attendant my folder of prospective dresses I had saved, did the same with the bridesmaid dresses and florist! I also use theknot app for the checklist and it's great but crashes a lot!
