(His Ides, not mine so I am just going to go with it since he is paying for it.) I have been looking but havent found anything yet.  Our budget is $500 for the location rental at the most but prefer something a little cheaper.  Let me know if you have any ideas about anything I can look at in the anne arundel baltimore county bwi area.

  there is a VFW that is in severn that i know rents out and its about 15 mins from Arundel Mills 

  i am not sure how much they charge but i have been to several masonic events there and you can bring your own food they do have a bar....

  there is a vfw in glen burnie as well on crain hwy.. but I am wondering what type of place you are looking for?
  
  There are a few clubs as well.. I am not sure how much they charge.. but that may be an option.. Are you looking for fancy.. or simple....
  
  I know ft meade is over there also, if you know anyone that could check their club.. that could be an option as well..
  
  I am trying to think in that area what would be easy for you to get to and what would be cost effective..
