loosing the ability to function as a normal person....

I swear I'm loosing my mind...

I keep forgetting stuff and panicking about things that have already been taken care of! I'm on edge about everything...work, wedding, FI's work, house cleaning, packing for the honeymoon...and more!

I also find that I get extremely agitated at EVERYTHING! Every time I run out to do a small errand it takes me forever, people cant drive, and I hit every single red light! I also got a new project for work on Monday, that should have taken me days to complete, but I managed to get it done early (thankfully)

The wedding stuff isn't stressing me out too much, its just all the other crap that is getting in the way of all the things I have to do for Saturday!

After today, I'm done at work....then 3 more days til the wedding ...and 5 days until the honeymoon, thank God! I need a break, I need to relax and become "normal" again!

  • Oh I totally agree.  I got to work yesterday and couldn't get my keys out of my ignition.  Then I couldn't get my car to crank.  I got out and was walking inside dialing FI's number when I had a thought... "Did I put the car in park?"  Nope!  Thank goodness I thought of it or we could have had a mess.... One of my coworkers said "Girl, we have got to hurry up and get you married!"  My brain is seriously fried!  I'll be so glad when I don't have all of this on my mind (on top of work stress, family stress, and moving!)

  • Me too!  I am doing really well getting things wrapped up, but I’m stressing myself out that I am going to forget something.  I can’t concentrate on anything else!

  • i haven't gotten any serious work done at work for about 5 days or so now... i just can't get off TK (lol) and i've got sooooooo much on my mind! i have everything mostly done, but i'm terrifed i'm forgetting something big.... even though i have like 4 lists taped to the fridge at home lol......

  • Last week was the worst! I had a HUGE event at work and it was right before our 2 week deadline to get our headcount to all of our vendors! It was crazy and I'm so glad it's over! Now I get to concentrate on the wedding, with a little actual work thrown in, at least until next Tuesday :-)
    My goal is to have EVERYTHING done by Sunday so I can relax a little next week. Fingers crossed!

  • I am here to join the brain fried party....

     3 times in the past 2 days I have pulled out my wallet when I needed my phone, I tried to take my keys out of the car when it was still in drive, I forgot my coupons at the store (and when I went back and explained they wont give me new ones....needless to say Im not shopping there again since I needed the coupons because I was going to spend over 100$ on stuff and now they get nothing from me because of one 20$ off...), I was given a thank you card at my last day of practicum...and then when I went to leave, first I forgot my planner there so had to go back, then when I was in my car someone waved me down because I had forgotten the thank you card...UGHHHHH! Im pretty sure if someone did a brain scan right now all they would see is mush.
