I am down one pound since last week! Woot Woot. 2.6 lbs to go.

B: Coffee with skim milk and a yogurt
L: Left over homemade chicken marsala with spaghetti squash
D: Homemade beef stroganoff with turkey/beef mix instead of straight beef.

E: None, still trying to fight this cold.

    L:  Still Trying to decide this one. Lentil soup, left over GF cheese pizza with an apple, or veggie soufle with cheese. Leaning towards pizza
