BM Luncheon

I want to have an informal/inexpensive but nice luncheon for my BMs in the Alamo Heights area.  Do any of you have any recs for fun restaurants?

    I forgot to mention....no Mexican food...that's what we're having for dinner later that evening.  Also, the Quarry area would be fine too!

    I don't know if it'd be considered fun but the La Madeline on Broadway is cute and they have a private room.  I'm not sure either the Quarry or Alamo Heights have much that's inexpensive.  I personally love the Stonewerks in the Quarry, they have a great patio if the weather is nice.

    There's also Cappy's, they might be too expensive, but it's a nice atmosphere in that place.

    Do your girls like sushi? There are TONS of great sushi places right there on Broadway by the Witte Museum. I like Koi Kawa and Mon Thai Bistro.

    Thanks ladies!  I am going with Piatti at the Quarry...they seem to have good lunch specials.  I've never been there...but it looks yummy!
