How was everybodies weekend? Did anybody get anything wedding related done?

Nothing wedding related at all. I haven't done anything wedding related since we got engaged. Friday FI and I went to dinner with my parents. Saturday was the USC UCLA game so we had a bunch of ppl over for the game Go SC. Sunday FI helped his friend look for a new car and he bought our Christmas tree.

I got a whole lot of nothing done this weekend. Just spent time with my son and FI. It was great though. FMIL saw my son and immediately went to him, gave him a hug, and told him that she misses him.

It was a GREAT weekend!

Unfortunately I had to work Saturday

FI and I finished up the Christmas shopping on Sunday!

I did nothing all weekend and it felt so good!!! This semester has been draining me and so I needed to take some me time. My FI and I made a homemade pizza and oatmeal raisin cookies on Sat. I was so glad we got to spend some time together. I'm really looking forward to our drive home in 2 weeks yaaayyyy!!! We love road trips and plus I'm so ready to get outta IL..I don't like it here at all

I didn't do much this weekend. I have finals this week, so I have been studying
As far as wedding related...nothing. But I am excited for next week to come, because school will be over for the semester!

@2012JulyBride - Just curious, how old is your son? It is great that FMIL cares so much about him.. I have to imagine that makes life a million times easier

Those of you in school - Good luck with finals and the end of the semester! Soon enough you'll be able to relax again!!

My son is 8-1/2. It's really nice that FMIL loves my son, and I think it has to do with FI being very impatient with most kids but really clicks with my son. From the first Christmas, all of his family totally accepted my son and me. We got gifts from his mom, sister's family, and brother's family. :)

I didn't do anything wedding related. It snowed here this weekend so that officially put me in the Christmas spirit. I decorated the apartment for Christmas and wrapped presents.

I did a whole bunch of studying. I have a huge test I need to pass next week in order to graduate

On the up side, I did get a lot of christmas shopping and wrapping done on Friday.
