Anyone familiar with The WynBrick

I just recently got engaged and am looking for affordable places to have the ceremony and the reception. I'm looking for a place to have an outdoor ceremony. The WynBrick has caught my eye and I was wondering if anyone else has used it or been to a wedding there? Any other suggestions?

    We drove by it because it looked really nice, but it is just a club house at an old folks home.... like literally in the middle of a neighborhood.  very strange.

    I have been.  It's pretty nice, but from what I've heard she's kind of strict on what she allows.  And yes, it's in the middle of a retirement community, but it's not that bad.

    There is not a lot of parking. Probably about 15-20 spaces. She is very strict on what she allows. It is right in middle of a neighborhood, not private at all you are basically in a backyard
