  I know this is going to sound gross, but can you wear a tampon instead and cut the string a little?  As for your pimple, your photographer should be able to airbrush that out.  If you don't change your appt date/time, just make sure you drink plenty of water a couple days before and the day of so you don't bloat.

  If your gonna wear a pad do you have any spanx or tights that you can wear under your clothing to flatten out the pad on your rump so you dont see a little bulge. What were you planning on wearing. You probably wont even see it especially if your wearing dark colors. HTH
