Snacks

I am thinking about bringing some protien bars, nuts, apples, and bottled water for the day of the wedding. I am worried about not having time to eat. Anyone else doing this?

No, I just built time into my schedule to eat. It wasn't a big deal. If it makes you feel better to have snacks around, then go for it. But I wouldn't let that replace scheduling time to actually eat something substantial, like at least a sandwich:-)

I plan on having Jimmy Johns delivered to the church to ensure that we all eat something good before everything.

Oh of course we will be having brunch that morning. I just didn't know if there would be time in between brunch and the start of the ceremony for me to have an actual meal. I think I will bring them just in case, who knows maybe my maid of honor will want something. Better safe than sorry!

I plan on packing some. My FI was actually a groomsman in a wedding recently, and I sent him with snacks as I wasn't sure they'd have time for lunch. The bottled water especially went over well, and some of the pretzels got eaten too (it was hot so the salty snacks went over better).

One of my mom's friends brought Chik Fil A to the hotel where we were getting ready, and the bridesmaids, moms, friends, and hair and makeup people all chowed down. It was perfect.
