Thats my wedding date! I'm having some final meetings this week and making fascinators and finishing center peices. I'm ordering flowers online and they'll get here that wednesday. The only other things I need to do are finish the seating arrangements and make the seating chart. I'm also making a chalk board program this week or next.

My wedding is 8 months away but I have kinda researched this and I hope this can help.

Make sure everything is settled with your vendors. If you can't meet with them, give them a call and verify the arrival times and what they are responsible for.

Make TIP envelopes and give them to MOH or someone who you trust and is responsible.

Make sure you have everything you need to get ready the day of and the night of (if your and husband are spending the night somewhere).

Make a timeline to make sure you know how much time you need to set aside to get ready, get to your location and all that good stuff. Make a separate timeline for the festivities,  you need to make sure all your vendors are on track. (You don't want to pay overtime fees or anything)

Anything that has to be taken home that day (such as gifts, guest book, any extra favors, any DIY, ect....). Make sure that you have people in charged and let them know that they are responsible for this and where they have to take it.

Umm... as far as I know this is all I have as of now... my list might be short since I am still working on it. Hopefully it helps!
BTW..., Congrats and HAVE A GREAT WEDDING! MAKE SURE TO EAT AND ENJOY YOUR DAY!

Oh! Thought of something else... anything that you need to take to the location. Make sure you take things such as guest book, flutes, cake serving set, escort cards ect... =)

Thanks Ladies!  It's getting a little easier now that I've been making lists so I'll keep my fingers crossed.  Thanks again for all the help!
