budget woes...

Sooo when my FI and I first got engaged we wanted koozies as our favors...

however, i cannot find cheap ones..and we need appx 100-125 of them and the cheapest i can find is $1.50 each..which is alot of money total... soo we are opting out of the koozies. My cousin all along was making chocolates as favors (bride/groom chocolates). Soo..to save money we are not doing koozies and just having chocolates in a really nice wrapping...:-(

    Trust me, no one will miss them (except you).  People will appreciate the chocolate more.  Most people end up throwing wedding favors away.  The best kind are edible.  And the money you are saving can be spent on something else.  ;)

    Favors are becoming a thing of the past, if you didn't do them people probably wouldn't notice. I do like the chocolate idea :)

    if it makes you feel any better, if i was at your wedding i would be WAY more excited about chocolate than a koozie  :-P

    I'd rather the chocolate myself if I were going to your wedding because after all that dancing, I might need a suger boost for the ride home! We aren't doing favors since we are making favor bags with snacks.

    As PPs have said, I am sure no one will walk around scoffing at the fact that they didn't receive koozies! They'll have fun, they'll eat your delicious chocolate.. and no one will notice the difference! :) Don't worry about it!

    im not sure if this is what you meant by Koozies as i have never heard of them before...but i just googled and found a site that offers them for 0.99 cents a piece is you buy between 100-300.

    I agree! To me chocolate is the best favor ever (followed by anything else edible)!!
