AW Wednesday!

GM ladies!  Hope everyone is doing well.  I woke up with a swollen throat and a white spot on a tonsil...uh-oh.  Can't decide if it's strep or not and I don't really want to pay $90 for the MedExpress clinic to tell me it's the other alternative, tonsillitis.  Meh.

WR, I booked my DJ (Bill Bara) and videographer (Megan from Pictory Productions)!  It feels great to have this done 11 months out.  Still need to find ceremony music and someone to marry us, though.

I also bought a cute scrapbook and started an "I love" book for my fiance to give to him on our wedding day.  I've been writing down something about him that I love every day, like how he sat through an entire Pirates game on Saturday and actually enjoyed himself.  :)  I got the idea from my month boards and I'm having fun with it so far!

    Oh no! Feel better soon. Congrats on booking vendors. Bill Bara was one of our top-choice DJs if we had not gone with a band. I've heard so many great things about him.

    WR - on Monday, we met with the priest who is marrying us, had some of the requisite marriage preparation discussions, and planned out our ceremony. After we were done, my FI and I had dinner at Lucca, the site of our rehearsal dinner. We couldn't believe that in three months we'd be sitting in the same restaurant surrounded by our family and friends. It was such a wonderful feeling. Our invitation proof came in last night, so I am reviewing it today.

    Awesome! Sounds like you're totally on top of stuff with a long time to continue planning! I've heard good things about Bill Bara also. 

    This week we've just been finalizing everything since our wedding is this Saturday! Nervous about walking down the aisle, but super excited about the party after that's over!

    mdphd - I totally agree.  She's been nothing but awesome in the email conversations we've had.  FI's really interested in the work she did before getting into weddings since she filmed entrepreneurs/small business owners like him.  thanks so much for the reccommendation; we're going to love working with her!
