Hi ladies,

I know this isnt really the board for this but honestly I only trust this group.... I was wondering on your experiences with anti cellulite creams. My wedding dress is short so i want my legs to look their best. i know that the creams are not 100% be gone miracle but i do want to reduce the appearance of my jelly along with some exercise.

what creams have you tried and have they worked? what about their texture? are they greasy? sticky? stinky?

Right now i am in between the Nivea and the Neutrogena.

they don't work. Try Endemologie or Lipomassage. Also try dry brushing which increases circulation

I've tried the fat girl slim by bliss and its not a miracle but it improves it slightly, I think your best bet is to either try endermologie, or powerplates (the best one in so.fla to me is called www.streamlinevibrations.com, you excercise tone and reduce cellulite a lot)
Your best bet moneywise and fitnesswise (?) is powerplates,
those are my suggestions, hope it helps!

I was going to suggest Bliss Fat girl Slim also but I do not think they all work very well. Lunges?

nope...they sure dont work...i say do some squats...and dont drink soda...something in there causes the fat to distrubte unevenly in the legs... at least thats what i heard but it cant hurt..
