    Wixey is GOOD! However, I think their decoration quality has been lacking in recent years. I getting in a small town south of Toledo, so a local lady who specializes in wedding cakes is doing mine. Watch out for delievery charges and cake cutting/serving charges too. Good luck!

    We are using wixeys as well, BUT we are doing cupcakes and just a mini cake to cut

    I liked Wixey's, but we ended up using Brieschke's in Sylvania.

    <3333 Brieschke's.  They did my high school & college gradutation, my bridal shower, wedding, and now they'll be doing my baby shower cake as well!

    Their prices are extremely reasonable, and everyone at the wedding said it was the best cake they had ever tasted.

    I love Wixeys too ... but My brother & sister in law used
    Thrush's - The Bakers Kitchen... and I have had their cakes several times ....
    So I decided to go with them.... they seemed to have a lot of variety too ....

    I think wixeys taste amazing! but i agree some of the picutres I have seen they dont looked as good quality of the decorating but should I more worry about taste? I have had thrushes a couple times at weddings but I dont like their frsoting as much as wixeys. maybe I should go cake testing! now I want cake.

    I agree- Wixey's has been lacking in design quality lately. Not sure what's up with that! Still delicious though :)

    We are doing cupcakes from Cake in a Cup. Yum!
