Enclosure card wording

I made a rough draft of what I want our enclosure card to say. Please critique it for me. I think I need to add the times the shuttle will be leaving, but I don't have that info yet.

For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Welk Resort San Diego, starting at $150 a night.

To make a reservation please call 1-800-932-9355, and reference the Bride/Groom wedding. Please make your reservation at your earliest convenience to ensure room availability.

 

A shuttle will be available from the hotel to the ceremony/reception location. There will be limited parking at the ceremony location.

    I think you can leave out the "please make your reservation at your earliest convenience..." sentence and replace it with the date that the room block is available until.  I wouldn't put the shuttle times- have them available in each room when they arrive.

    Thanks Mel. The hotel didn't give me a date, I will ask them if there is a date the rooms need to be reserved by.
