Back Work out?

Hi everyone!!

I am new to this website and ive been reading all of the posts! I am getting married in may so i figured i better start getting in shape now! I was running a lot (a half marathon in september) but now that grad school is back in full swing, I just can't find the time to go for runs. My dress is backless so i really wants a semi tones, hott looking back! I also would like to shed a few pounds will in the process, before i go for my fitting. Does anyone have any easy suggestions for someone with a busy schedule?
