love the hair! where did you find the picture? I was thinking of doing something similar, but now I'm leaning more towards an updo... but I'm still not sure

i googled vintage hair i think and after going through like 4000 pages of images i found that one. no idea the website - wish i had saved it!!

I've been googling hairstyles like mad too, but it's tough weeding through everything to find what I'm looking for. I don't think I saw a single hairstyle on the Knot that I liked -- I guess that would be too easy! Also, I'm blonde, and a lot of pictures I've found are with darker hair, so it's hard to know what it will really look like.

Are you planning a hair & makeup trial? I'd love to see how your ideas turn out!

Make sure you have a trial run because vintage hairstyles are harder to do especially if there are fingerwaves. Not all stylists know how to do them. Being a hairstylist I know how difficult they are! If you go with a fingerwave you'd need to find a stylist who has been doing hair for a really long time or even someone right out of beauty school. Those are ususally the people who know how to do them.
