Hi Ladies,
 
  Anyone been to colorado. Thinking of going there for my honeymoon. Not sure which area. Looking to hike and go white water rafting ( beginners ). We will be going in June and need something reasonably priced. Any suggestions?

    We stayed in a house near Beaver Creek three years ago in June. We found the place through vrbo.com. Beaver Creek is a great area with lots to do - we hiked, went rafting, horseback riding, went to a great spa, fly fished. Lots of fun :) There are some lodges in town as well, but I've not stayed in them personally. Check out trip advisor for those.

    Moab has all the stuff you mentioned, though it is in Utah (near the colorado border). If you have reasons for wanting to stay within state lines I suppose it wouldn't work, but otherwise it is a very beautiful area with a lot to do.

    My in-laws go to Summitt County every year; we had a lot of fun in Breckinridge and surrounding areas; but you'd need to car to get around.
