BM Dresses...Check!

So excited to report that the BM's dresses have been chosen!  The color will be iridescent pewter.  I think they're both elegant and fun at the same time.  Hopefully perfect for an outdoor wedding in May...please let it be warm enough! :)

For anyone still needing BM dresses - Flutter Boutique is AWESOME!  Great customer service, broad selection of styles and price points, AND it feels great to give our business to a local boutique.  Highly recommend!

Now onto the next big decision...shoes!  Any advice?  Our colors are gray and yellow.  Yellow shoes might be fun, but we'd have to find the perfect shade to compliment the dresses.  BM bouquets will likely be yellow or white/yellow combo which I think will really pop against the dresses.

Thoughts/opinions welcome of course!  :)

    Those are so cute! I think yellow flowers will look great with the black dresses. Do you mind sharing the designer/style?

    It's "Dessy" from their "After Six" collection I believe.  I ordered a fabric swatch from their website to be sure I liked the color/fabric and it was $15 for two 5x8 swatches which was pretty much a rip off.  But...it will be helpful to cut swatches and give to our planner, the florist, etc...and take along when shopping for shoes, etc.

    I always love DSW for shoes. If you are an online shopper, endless.com has beautiful shoes. I have big feet and a hard time finding good shoes, but I think I've found a keeper with endless. Thanks for the tip about Flutter. My MOH and I hate DB and I don't want to go back there if I can get something pretty for a low price.

    This dress is on my favorites list of bm dresses I like so I definitely think they are cute!

    This dress was on my favorite too but the Bridal Salon we went to didn't have a sample (was at other location) -- Glad it worked out for you!! :-)

    This wasn't really in the realm of what I was looking for when we went looking.  I was thinking strapless, knee length.  As soon as the girls put on the dress w/the square neckline, we loved it! We're all a bit older (30's) so needed to add some sophistication too. The bow in the back will be fun for people to see when the walk down the aisle.  I think the shape has a sort of 'Mad Men' look to it which I'm totally obsessed with right now!
