Local advice on hotels

Hi!

We will be staying in San Francisco for 2 nights on our honeymoon.  Any recommendations?
Thanks! :)

    What's your style?  Price range?
Chateau Tivoli is a really incredible old victorian b&b, very San Francisco, very romantic.  If you're going to be doing lots of touristy stuff, San Remo hotel is walking distance from fisherman's wharf and north beach attractions and has an excellent penthouse room with views that looks super cozy.

Westin St Francis without a doubt is the place to stay!

I am having my wedding reception at the Holiday Inn Golden Gateway on Van Ness Ave.  We picked it because it is located on one of the trolly car lines and is central to everything.  The Hotel has breathtaking views from the 13th floor up of the northbay (golden gate bridge). Check out their webpage @ <holidayinngoldengatewaysanfrancisco.com> .  Around the block on Fredrick & California is a Whole Foods Market, it is in walking distance to the hotel.
