We're beginning to look for an officiant and are not sure how much to budget. Who did you use as your officiant? Do you remember how much they charged? thanks for your help!

    We're using Richard Cash and he is $475.  So far we love him!

    We're using Mitch Maged (www.mitchtheminister.com) and he was $450 at the time I booked him. I'm not sure if his prices have gone up since then since he has gained popularity. I'm so excited to have him as part of our wedding..I can't wait!

    thanks! I'm meeting with Sheila Gay Gross (I'm sure she is going to be amazing) but it's $900 which I think is a lot. She really personalizes the ceremony so I'm sure she will put in a ton of time and effort but I just think that is pricey.

    We wanted to Sheila Gross for our ceremony but she was booked. I didn't realize she was that pricey (we didn't get to that conversation since she wasn't available anyway). We ended up booking with Mitch the Minister, and we couldnt be happier (so far. Lol) our wedding is this weekend, so i'll post a review of him after that :)

    I am a newbie here and just a quick question since the discussion is about Officiants...these prices are they based on the length of the ceremony? Just wondering....our ceremony would only be 20 - 30 mins; is the approx going rate still around $400ish?
