I had a tough time finding shoes as well and ultimately found them using shopstyle.com.  It searches tons of brands and let's you refine your search by style, color, etc.  Give it a try.

Just did a quick search for orange shoes as a preview click->here.  HTH

A lot of the popular shoe websites let you search by color and heel height - try Zappos, Endless or ShoeBuy for starters.

I wanted a particular type/shade of Dyeables shoes and ended up buying them from My Glass Slipper, since they were the only place that had what exactly I wanted ("Annette" from Dyeables, only in ivory, not white):

I had a super hard time finding shoes because my feet are huge, I couldn't have heels or I'd tower over H, and I needed them to somehow fit into my vintage theme. I ended up having great luck with endless.com. You can input color, style, size, etc and it will sort them all for you. They have a fabulous selection and decent prices.

I got dyeable ones from David's Bridal.  I originally started looking for shoes on myglassslipper.com, but found their prices kind of steep for shoes I'd only wear for one day.  David's had a very similar style to the exact ones I wanted so it worked out well.  They also have a large color assortment so I'm sure you could get the color you wanted.
