  I used it for planning purposes only. When we were looking at venues, it was helpful to have the numbers of each, with the breakdown of which "category" they fit in. Otherwise, avoid ACTUAL A and B lists as PPs have said.

  I think I am going to use the A group and B group so I know who we invited to the private ceremony and who is invited to the reception later.
