Jewelry store recommendations?

Just curious if anyone has a place in the Toledo area that they would recommend...

 Thanks!

DH and I bought each other's rings from the Osterman's in the Fallen Timbers mall and we both have had great experiences from purchasing the ringa to the semiannual inspectection of my ring.

Neither of us are jewelry buyers though so my knowledge is pretty limited.

I do know that I will never get jewelry from Jared because DH is beyond irritated by the commercials. Ha! :)

My ring is from Helzberg, and I've always been incredibly pleased with them.  I have the service plan and they had to send it twice (once for resizing, once for a loose stone) and both times were quick and easy.  My mom has a ring from there too and hasn't had any problems.

We got our rings from Leo Marks on Secor Rd.  They were very helpful and I like that they are a local family-owned place.

I've always been a huge Alan Miller Jewelers (in Oregon) supporter but in the past few years, I've worked with Putnam Jewelers in Waterville.  They are the most helpful, honest people I've ever worked with.

DAVID FAIRCLOUGH!!! I can't recommend them enough. They don't pressure you, they educate you about cuts and clarity, and they're amazing to just chat with. We got my engagement ring there and will be going back to look at bands.

I got my engagement ring and fiances wedding band from Rogers & Hollands at the Franklin Park Mall and my wedding band from Osterman's at the same mall. Both places were fantastic and easy to work with. The only reason I went somewhere else rather than Rogers & Hollands for my wedding band is just because I'm picky and couldn't find what I wanted there. lol. But I reccommend looking at both places. Not to mention at Osterman's I have a 60 day happiness guarantee if I change my mind or find something else I liked better, which to me (because I'm just indecisive by nature. lol.) was a big selling point. Good luck! =)

We went to Diamonds Forever in the Franklin Park Mall.  This is owned by a local family and is not a big chain store.  Sam, part of the owning family, worked with us for over a year until we finally took the plunge and is going out of his way to make sure that we get exactly what we want.  We've been able to buy much higher quality diamonds than we could have at the chain stores for the money we spent.  You don't have to buy an extended warranty either - It's included!
