need a reception lunch/dinner spot for 40 ppl?

Were on a budget and most likely getting married at a park, and need to find a restaurant (within 20 minute drive of PB) that will hold 40 people, and have room for a small dancing area for a father/daughter mother/groom dance.

    I would look in La Jolla.  I helped a friend with her wedding, and she had her reception at Azul in La Jolla.  She had about 50 people, and they can set up the tables so you have a small dancing area.  She had her reception in the open space as you walk down the stairs, and it has a beautiful fire pit.

    I've heard of people having their receptions at George's (by the Sea?  I think they've changed the name)....

    I had a friend rent /use the Brockton Villa too.  But that can get a little expensive.  But she had 30 or so people, and it was wonderful.

    Check out Barbarella or Piatti in LJ Shores - both quite reasonable and close to PB. Piatti has that beautiful courtyard with the fig tree. You can have 75 ppl for dinner there, so 40 ppl and dancing would probably fit perfectly.
