Shattuck Brides?

I hope everyone had an enjoyable holiday weekend!

Playing around here and on NH Knotties sites, I've stumbled across a few of you who have had an event, or who are going to have an event at the Shattuck. I just can't figure out how to contact you personally!

I'm wondering if there are any Shattuck brides out there who have any reviews of the location. My mother seems dead set against it, and I'm really trying to get her to come around and at least visit with me. Has anyone got any comments/complaints about the food?

    I am a shattuck Bride to be! I fell in love with the location! Its so pretty and very budget friendly compared to other locations we looked. I have not tried the food (taste test in april) so I can't say anything about it, but I believe the venue has got overall great reviews from past knotties who have used it. Any further questions you can message me. :) Good luck and I hope your mom comes around, any perticular reason why she is so against it?

    She drove by the other day and didn't like the looks from the road. I keep telling her she at least has to go inside!

    there are a couple pics of the inside in my weebly profile under venues if you would like to show her those...its looks completely different inside than it does from outside!

    Hi!  We're also planning a Shattuck wedding for my daughter, Julie.  She's getting married there in Sept 2011.  Check out her bio page below, which also has some pics.  The only bad thing about the outside is that big storage shed that they built next to the stone terrace.  (It almost turned me off too).  However, they assured me that the chairs would be placed so that it is behind the guests and out of their view during the ceremony.  The people at the Shattuck were super nice and we loved the inside of the Cathedral ballroom.  Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
