Shotgun wedding? 90 days to plan!

I need any and all ideas!  My fiancee lives in another country & entering on a fiancee visa.  Once they "allow" him to come here (6-7 mo. away), we have 90 days to get married!  I am thinking a courthouse wedding would be the easiest, less stressful since we have a short amount of time to do it.  And then just a large "post-wedding" party after?  We can't even leave right away for a honeymoon because of the visa.  Just getting him here is stressful enough!  Anyone been through this/ideas???  Thanks!

    Thank you all for your comments.  I guess I need to clarify.  He might be here in 5 months or 7 months, who knows - its all up to the USA government when they decide to allow him to come in.  They will let him know (when they want), then he will fly here and we are required to marry within 90 days.  So, if I'm lucky, I will know maybe 120 days in advance.  We have not officially engaged yet.  I thought posting here would give me the best advice....

    I have a friend whose husband is Ghanaian and they were fighting tooth and nail to get him to the US so they could be together. She went ahead and planned everything. She had to cancel the wedding once because immigration didn't come through, but as soon as he got over to America, they were married within a couple of days.
