    Two places I know do fantastic jobs
    Budget Bridal on 4th
    Heights Cleaners & Alterations on Candelaria/Eubank

    Good luck, personally I'm using Heights because they're so close to me. One of my girlfriends recently used Budget Bridal and her dress turned out amazing.
