MOB and MOG gifts

My fiance and I are stuck on what to get our Mothers for a wedding day gift. Any suggestions would be very helpful!!!!

    Traditionally, the bride and groom give the parents photo albums featuring that side of the family.

    For example, we gave MOG an album with about 5 photos of us and 10 photos of her family members.  We gave my mom an album with about 10 photos of us and 10 photos of the venue/details/cake/etc. (because she was involved in planning this whole event and took great pride in the details), and 10 photos of her family.

    I would like to say play on what they like in life (going out-gift certificate to their favorite resturant, broadway show-tickets to a show they really want to see, if they like tea, a tea set from teavana with the actual tea). My Fiance and I decided we wanted to be creative and hand made them gifts and we framed them so they can place it in their house. (My mom loves Winne the Pooh so we made her an old school Latch Hook picture of Pooh and Piglet and his mom loves dolphins and we made her a Latch Hook picture of that).

    I gave both an engaved frame that hold 2 5' by 7' pictures.  Then after the wedding, I ordered thier favorite pics to put in the frames.

    I gave my father and step-mother tickets to the Boston Pops holiday show and my mother and step-father tickets to see Lisa Lampanelli in concert. They all had a blast, but I tried very hard to pick something I knew they would really like.

    We gave our moms special ordered wine bottles with custom lables printed that included our names and wedding date along with an engagement picture of the two of us. They were personalized and can be used as decoration for many years to follow :)

    Tons of cute unique gift ideas! check out http://www.etsy.com/shop/moonstonecreation. it is such a cute shop with tons of handstamped jewelry, bottle openers, military related jewelry, keychains, cufflinks, etc... Makes great wedding gifts for bridesmaids & groomsmen. I really like the handstamped necklaces for the MOB and MOG.
